Nicolas Faure was born in 1972 in the Southern Alps, in Briançon (France). He comes from a family that has given France high-ranking civil servants. This origin has allowed him to travel the world and adapt his skills with new technologies and new lifestyles. In 2000, he discovered Syria, described by General de Gaul as “the gateway to the complicated East”. At that time, he worked for a period with the Economic Mission of the Embassy of France and taught Law and Economics to an audience made up of businessmen, lawyers and diplomats.
In 2004, he moved to Lebanon, making Beirut the operational center of his activities. He begins to provide Franchise and Business Development advisory services to numerous companies including the largest franchisor in the region. The success he met very quickly prompted him to create a consultancy structure, NF CONSULTANTS® in order to meet the growing demand for services in the field of Franchising and the development of European and French brands in the region.
NF Consultants is currently the representative of many French companies wishing to establish and develop in the Middle East region. Mr Faure is graduated from the University of Law and Political Sciences of Aix Marseille III (France). He also holds an executive MBA ESA-ESCP Europe (Marketing & Management). He is fluent in English and Arabic.
Toufic Beainy was born in Beirut (Lebanon). Coming from a family of jurists and men of letters, he began studying law at St Joseph’s University, specializing in private law. This course will be followed by an in-depth cycle at Paris II (Panthéon Assas) with always a specialty in private law and business law that he will complete in the United States at the beginning of the 1980s in the same disciplines within the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) by obtaining a certificate in American and international law.
Back in Lebanon, he began his career as a partner in one of the largest Lebanese law firms present in Beirut and Paris. The civil war that raged in Lebanon in 1975 forced him to emigrate to the United States, Europe, the Gulf countries, and where he would exercise the functions of legal counsel, head of the legal department and legal consultant in multinational groups, Arab, American or French. Since 2010, he has been a senior partner in NF Consultants, where he is in charge of strategy.
Mr Beainy is increasing collaborations with international organizations such as the United Nations and the European Union in addition to offering business services in the field of consulting and strategy.
